Custom Sims 3

I need a plain bit of terrain with no lots at all on it just to research lot data. I nearly got one from here that said it had no lots but the screen shot showed empty lots placed on it so I was confused. I need a world with no lots at all, not even empty ones. Any links available? :)

Edit: Oh, or if someone could quickly knock up a small flat square world in CAW with perhaps one small section of straight road in case I need it. I really just want to plonk a lot down flat in Edit Town and tweak the hex digits on it. No deco or painting required

Loserinc's Asgaard world has no lots; it can be downloaded here. I've used this world myself and have put in all my own lots fresh.

Just for future reference, Armiel also has one for TS3 at MTS DIY Builder's Island. VERY small world, perfect for the occasional build or doing the kind of thing you're doing.

I looked on mysimsreality but for the life of me couldn't see one that was obviously lot-free. The problem I find with a lot of sites is that they have been embelished to such an extent I can't see the wood for the trees, which is why I asked for a point to the exact world itself rather than a handwave in the general directions of a site :D
