Custom Sims 3

Okay, I'm really confused; when I started a new thread in the Population Project to upload a new sim, I had no attachment options at the bottom of the page at all, but when I come here to post this thread, they are there.

Try again Tontrin. It appears the permissions were still set the old way and I changed them.

Edit: I did go in a check every board, right now everything is set as it should be,
