I wanted a little project on the side of my large Sunset Valley remake so I decided to start on a smaller world, after all those are my specialty.
So I browsed my CAW folders and found an empty island that I thought it would be fun to do something with.

An overview of the island. A little bigger than my usually tiny islands, but still pretty small.

The world has no name yet but its three keywords are: Modern, Efficient, Environmentally Friendly.

The town centre is this helipad. Since it's an island there must be a way to get off it and I had no space for a harbour or airport so I ended up with helicopters.
This building uses Jynx's rabbithole doors for the hospital and stadium since I thought those two were places you probably would go to the mainland to visit.
I also thought that it would be cool to make a custom fly-over when the world is loaded that made you feel like you approached the island with a helicopter and landed.

This is the city hall, mostly just basic decoration there right now. You can enter through the water arches, or if you don't want to get wet there is sidewalk on the sides.

I thought that since the island is very much centered around environmental engineering there should be a local company that works with that. So here it is, and with an associated science lab. I put robot fish spawners in the pond at the entrance.

The office is the one from Bridgeport so it has a bistro aswell. On the back of the building they have a terrace where you can enjoy the views... if you ignore the wind turbines.

The Town Life grocery store fit in perfectly here. There is a community garden in front of it where sims can harvest apples, plums, cherries and limes.

This is Old Main Street, my favourite part of the town. Probably because it is the most finished one.
The houses might not look very old but the park is the remnants of the old main street which was a little narrower than the modern streets. They also used to travel by trams in this town before (nowadays electric car is the way to get around) and one of those were saved and renovated as a restaurant.

All households in town should be, or at least look like they are, self-sufficient. Therefore, all houses get solar panels and a Renault Twizy for free!
I will place that charging station somewhere in town aswell so that the cars make sense.

Last but not least, this is the beach where the ocean fish spawners and maybe a little beach lot will be.
What do you think? Any suggestions for a name?

Sunhaven, Eastport and Crestview are also only my own creations but those are smaller.
