I admit. I've forgotten the number of the little yellow starter house on the Road To Nowhere. So I just named it Forgotten Road to Nowhere. I even furnished this one with basic stuff, its nothing flash. It isn't landscaped too much, as the original was quite bare as well. It also is not on a desert landscape as I was going to be using it somewhere more tropical than desert.
Its on a 20 x 20 lot, so you can plonk it down anywhere. I always loved starting my Strangetown sims off in this one, I've lost count of how many have actually passed through this house.
Its quite cheap, under 14k I think, and has everything your sim needs to begin their sims 3 life.
Sorry for the pictures, they're crooked and not very good. I rushed a bit. I think I got it exactly the same as the Sims 2 version. I only had a small picture to work from, and didn't feel like waiting for my sims 2 game to take a half hour to load, just so I could take a couple of screenshots.

And the Contrary House from Desiderata Valley on a 20 x 30 lot. I always loved this place, even though I didn't play the neighbourhood that much. I liked a lot of the houses in it actually. I'm going to be doing Natasha Una's house next.
Again sorry for the awful pics, it does look nicer in game, I promise ! Lol.
Its also unfurnished so you can go to town and decorate however you want.

Both zips contain .package and s3p versions of the lots. Checked with Custard and no CC.
