Thanks for posting this link Gurra. I went there today and there's a really cute set on the Daily Deal, the Muse Luxury Set. It's worth the deal (only 225 points); there are quite a few items included in it.

There's also a Spring Cleaning sale on a number of the older sets - the Bayside sets, the Asian Fusion, the Ultimate whole set, and one more I can't recalled what it was - but they are listed in the news on the front page of the site. You can buy the whole sets or buy the different rooms of your sets at reduced prices - I finally got the Ultimate bathroom I had been missing. I also did get there in time to get the Muse set too. I already had the Olympic gym, so i might as well have the rest. But anyway the Spring cleaning sell is on for several more days at least.
I also saw over on the EA site that if you pre-order Generation now - you will get Outdoor living for free. I already have OL, but just figured I'd mention that in case anyone missed it. I don't know if there is a time limit on it or not.

HMm, Maybe I'll preorder then because I didn't buy OL and wasn't planning to but as I do plan on getting Generations than why not get a free copy of OL. On the other hand if I hold out until July I may get a birthday coupn from EA and the price of Generations may have already gone down (they've been discounting pretty quickly these days) or they'll have a 4th of July sale. What to do...

Well, I can say that I have OL SP, and I have been using the stuff a lot from it. I even use some of it inside some houses. It can make a house look really rustic and cute. I downloaded Minimelo649's Mineral Town world from the Sims 3 official forum, and this stuff looks great in the houses in that world. I love the standing fire place in it. I thought that since Mineral Town is an old fashioned town that all the buildings should have fireplaces in them, so this gives me a new one for more variety, and it looks great it those houses.

I love OLS. It's my favorite of all of the stuff packs so far. Man, I use those kitchen bits everywhere lol--the counters and the minifridge in particular, I love them for basement kitchenettes without the stainless, and the matching stove is great too. We already had ONE built-in stove from LN, but I like the OLS one better lol.
This buy the EP and get the SP free deal is pretty excellent, actually, if you're going to be getting Generations right away anyways and don't HAVE OLS yet. If you've been on the fence about it, it's certainly a SP worth having, though hardly necessary as it IS a stuff pack.
