TS3 EP03 Late Night Azalea Lane
Hi everyone! I thought I would update one of my earlier homes and hope you will have an interest in it. I think this was my third lot to build in Sims3 when the game first came out.

This beautiful three-story home will be perfect for a young married couple who want to start a family. The interior is decorated in shades of rose and sage green. First floor has a foyer, parlor, a kitchen with dining, an office and a full bath. Second floor has a master bedroom with an adjoining bath, a nursery and a child’s room. There is a shared bath. Third floor is the game/music room. There is a separate art/drafting room. The exterior is beautifully landscaped with a hot tub and a covered patio. There is a garage and a balcony on the back of the house for gazing at the stars or just hanging out. This house can be easily added on to by building another floor or just putting in a basement.

Lot Information:
40x30 lot
3 story
3 bedroom/3 bath
UF-$98,000
F-183,310

Store Items Used:
Country Mansion Curtains
Romantique Table Lamp
Dr. Prosper's Glowing Orb
Free Plant-Topper

Thanks, so much. Well, it depends on which lots you were looking at here. If they were some of my fantasy lots, then from my own imagination. For just traditional lots, I look at builder plans to get ideas. It is easier on the brain.:bounce:

Once again, you've done such a lovely job. When I have time, I'm going to have to download and install some of your houses, Judy! I just adore your work.

Thanks, Tontrin. I'm glad you like them. I'm updating a few of my lots for this site, so there will be more in time. Have a great evening. Hugs, Judy:wub:
