 Peasant Farm I
Here is another one of my homes from my latest world, Dracul Isle. This beautiful little farm is an EA remodel. It has a large pond, stables and a small garden area. The house has a entrance foyer, a separate dining room, a full bath and a living room with a chess area. The upstairs has a master bedroom with a bath, a nursery and a bedroom for two children. Lot Information: 40x30 Furnished- $101, 487 Unfurnished- $75, 821 Lot Requirements: All EPs, including Showtime and the Outdoor Living SP for the exterior lighting and some decor.
