    This pier can be used with the ships or alone. The sims can walk out on it and you use a sidewalk intersection to lock it to the path. The sims will not walk beyond the sides or end of the pier. It is named Pier in the catalog, and it's dimensions are 44 Ft (13.6 M) Wide and 240 Ft (132 M) Long. The poly count is 1,824 and it can only be place using World Builder. If you notice in the images the deck area is scrached and rough as if from much use, and as the day passes these shadows change.
