Looking for Rick's game modding method or an alternative?
I'm new to meshing and I followed these instructions here
however I am stuck at ''Go to the file menu, pick Save As and navigate to the game install directory in the new Mods/Packages you made using Rick's method. You need to follow his method or mods will not show in the game.''

The link to his method is not working, does anyone know how to make mods show up in game?

Thanks in advance!

Hi there! That's Wes's old tutorial which is a little bit outdated by now since the game no longer uses that Mods set-up. Do you have a Mods directory in the Documents area of your game? That's where the .package file will need to go. If you don't have that folder structure in place, go here and download Shad0w's utility which will set that up for you. Then your .package file will go into the Mods/Packages folder in the Documents are of your game.

BogSims Institute, where you won't find much, but what you do find may be useful.

Yes, I do have the mods/packages folders (all the CC I downloaded from various websites shows up perfectly) however, the one thing I've made is nowhere to be found lol

Well don't I feel dumb right now, looks like I have a lot to learn about meshing...turns out my game had my ''creation'' all along, but the preview pic was kept with the original...sigh, take a look for yourselves
