Dracul Isle stuck on bridge issue?
I hope this is in the right place?
I am moving an existing community into Dracul Isle and when I brought my own sims over, they settled right in - but they pile up and get stuck on that bridge... it's terrible...15 to 20 of them at a time get stuck there. I don't know what to do? This is what my bridge looks like 5 minutes after cleaning it up. (These sims are all stuck and calling for help.) |

Oh man... I really do not want to have to abandon this world.
I'm only half moved into it... It doesn't seem like the rest of it is buggy...but every time I have to reset sims (about every 5 minutes) it borks everything up. Is there nothing that can be done about such a problem? That bridge is a mess... |

I don't understand the routing problem with the bridge. I have played that world for weeks and not had a problem. Are you having Sims walk everywhere? I only noted the cars going over it with no problems. I will try to open it in CAW and see what is going on with it when I get time. Be patient though as I have just installed Windows 7 and I am trying to get that straightened out first. PM me if you like.
Blessings to you and yours.

RE: Dracul Isle stuck on bridge issue?
Yes, I have a no cars mod and forbid them to own them. *L*
They ride horses and walk... it's a medieval world, after all. For some reason, they clog up on that bridge, though I found that providing everything they need in an existing area does help, Jinxx hasn't updated her rugs in a while, and so I'm a little scared to use them....but I'll have to try. It's the only solution to the size of each hamlet - I have it divided into 3 villages/parishes/hamlets, what have you. Horses and animals get stuck right along with human sims... I'm not sure why they're doing it. Some will pass over with no problem...and then again sometimes they all get into a traffic jam and I have to re-set them. The problem with that is that service sims then quit their jobs for some reason. lol I don't know why they feel it necessary to travel so far - for some of them, that's a really long way (to the bridge) but I'm working on it. It'd be great if you found the cause but no rush. I'm still setting the world up and it'll be weeks before I get finished..... Enjoy windows 7... I love it! And thank you for making this world in the first place... I had to move everyone from Pandora (which is SO beautiful) because it was so filled with route errors that it just couldn't be played in...and I looked for a long time to find a good replacement world, which yours is, even with the bridge issue! |

Ok, after putting in the rugs to make it possible for each hamlet to stay in their own area - still getting pile-ups on the bridge.
Every 10 minutes or so I have to stop and go liberate everyone who is stuck there. I've no idea why this is happening. |

I'm sorry you are having issues with the bridge, but frankly, I can't understand this routing issue. I have and still do play the hood all the time and have never had any issues with the bridge or any other routing issues. I have had nearly a thousand downloads and no one else has mentioned any routing issues. I never had any routing issues on Pandora either. I just don't know what to tell you about all this. Maybe, it is because you are forcing the sims to walk everywhere, I just don't know. If you have modified the shires or the hood, I don't know where to begin.:s Blessings to you and yours.
