Edit: I found that this house had a couple of problems. There was a floor tile that's part of the front roof of the house that was the wrong color and I found a window inside the house. I don't know if it was that way in the original upload or not. :hmm: Anyway those are now fixed. :dancingman:

Edit 16 April, 2011: This lot has no Custom Content in it, only a couple of free store items, like the decorative plant on the upper deck, which I've had no trouble with in updating my game.

Here's another one I've been intending to upload after revamping it. It's finally done now. This is the first house I ever moved a sim into, so it has been played a while because I've used it after as well. So it has 4 Perfect quality money trees in the garden! This garden is large, perfect for your green thumb sims, and all the food in it is above average quality with other plants that are also Perfect.

This turned out better than I thought after the redo. It was so mono colored before I began and very square, so it really badly needed a redo, and here it is.

It was built with WA and AMB and some Riverview stuff and at least one plant that is a free store stuff outside on the upper deck. Hope you enjoy! It is on a 40x40 lot. It is forward compatible with other Expansion Packs.

Before I added hampers to the appropriate rooms the furnished price was $118,430 and unfurnished was $60,114.

Again, it's in package format that you can just unzip/install directly from the zip file into your "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library" folder.

Hi, Tontrin! I really like your farm houses but I was wondering if you used CC on them. Normally, I have to be honest and say that it bugs me when people ask that question! :bounce:

That's because I can download and check the sims3pack with custard to see if there is any CC. Besides, even if the creator has already answered the question, someone will come along and ask it all over again. :MrGreen: Anyway, obviously checking with Custard is not possible in the format that you have offered the lots.

It's not that I am anti-CC, BTW, I just like it in package format in my Mods folder so that I can remove it when installing new SP's or patching the game in case EA borks something (which they've been know to do! They've even broken their own store items!). And of course it's possible that it can end up making your lots or even your whole world unplayable when they do get broken. So, I was just wondering if I would get any CC if I downloaded these. Thank you!

Tangie, I'm reasonably sure she doesn't use CC when building lots for sharing. I've downloaded most of them for my own game. Of course it would be helpful if she used the icon, wouldn't it? :D

I declare, when I get more time I'm going to set the uploads sections to a moderation queue because even my own sister doesn't follow the rules. :evillaugh:

Tangie, I thought I'd put that in the post. Hm, :shrug: Oh, I declare, the older I get, the more I believe that my brain needs a new processor, because it gets too full and cluttered sometimes that I forget too much. :bounce: I shall have to edit it to make sure it says: No Custom Content included.
