Here is a little community lot from my medieval world, Dracul Isle. This lot is actually a junkyard for the metal needs of the more artistic Sims of your hood.

Two story
Bathroom available

Requirements: All EPs and the Outdoor Living SP for the outside lighting and some decor.

Thanks, Ghost. I did not have a lot of room to build there, so it is very small, but serves the Sim's purpose for junk.:D

I'm really behind in downloading. What a cool idea for a junkyard in an old town, putting it as the ship yard. This is just about as neat an idea as peanut butter.

Thanks, Tontrin and I do like peanut butter. The shipyard idea seemed to fit in my medieval world, since the lot was located only a few yards from the beach and harbor where the ships came in.
