Hi everyone, I am proud to present my first world, Pandora. This beautiful fantasy world is a lush tropical island with rolling hills, island cliffs, several waterfalls, (5) and plenty of beach area. It is delightfully alive with the sounds of the falls, the crashing waves of the ocean and the many sea gulls that frequent the beaches. There is also a tiny companion island off the main island that could be suitable for added game play if desired.

This island paradise is not your usual game play. There are no cars or modes of transportation other than walking. There is no electricity, so the island homes are lit with oil lamps and torches. Of course, due to the limitations of the game, certain electrical appliances were used such as the stove and fridge. Plus, communication with the cell phone is unavoidable.

Sims can enjoy many pleasures at the Palace Square, the Palace Fishing Hole, the Palace Cemetery and even at the Palace Rest Area. Since there are no highways on this island, there are pathways for the Sims to travel by foot to any destination or they may opt to take some shortcuts. The island is very small, so the Sims can travel easily about the island in a short period of time.

If you chose Pandora With Lots, all the residential lots (17) will be unfurnished, except for the Palace and the community lots (5), which are fully furnished and ready for immediate game play. (You may find the furnished lots here) The world files are very small (14-25 MB), so downloading should not take long and this little island is perfect for those without high end computers.

Note: Some CC in this world. There is an arched bridge, a couple of patterns, rabbit hole rugs and some EA free store items. You will need to install the free EA world, Riverview for some of the objects to be in the world.

I really love this world. I normaly like large ones but wth every incoming expansion loading takes more and more time and errors 12 still occur so Its better to play small worlds now days. I must say this one is perfect ;) Thanks for your hard work. I think I will add some vids of sims 3 pets on youtube and I will present your world as well so you get more fans

Oh, I am thrilled that you like my little world, Pandora. This tropical isle was my first attempt in CAW and making worlds. That would be wonderful about YouTube. I would love to have the link to it when you post it. Thanks so much for your wonderful comments. It makes me very inspired to keep on creating more worlds. I am about to release a medieval world. I hope you might try out some of my other worlds. I try to keep the size down in each. Atlantis Renaissance is out right now for download and featured here on CustomSims3. Also If I could sugest making streets for cars in your next map. I like it as it is but in pets expansion for longer travels you need car since pets dont use bikes and are slower than sims


Can you give me link for working Create a world tool? I wanted to make my world for sims as well but every time i get one it dosent work cuz something is missing

Thanks, I will go look at the world. My other two worlds have streets if you are interested. See Atlantis Renaissance since it is my latest world. The medieval one will have streets (dirt roads) in it, too. I did not put streets in Pandora since it was too small.

If you don't have all the patches and expansions up to Generations, then you might not can download the CAW. They put out a new one for each EP or Stuff pack sometimes. I have had to update my several times.

I found good way to put most of big structures like townhall, hospital, Military base etc in one 30x30. Wroks good in Pandora

Hey! I'm new here and I just downloaded this island to play for the 'nothing is free' challenge. I like that it's so small and scenic, it's really beautiful! Before I get started I just want to be sure all the spawners are in place... I noticed the large lake next to the lot that's marked as the palace, doesn't have any fish spawners (or at least none that i can see) and on the second day, i've only managed to find one seed in the whole world. I've read it can take a while for stuff to spawn (oh btw i have basegame, but i'm up to patch, dunno how that effects stuff), so I'm not too too worried, but I do want to be sure! If not, is there any way for me to edit in CAW and add the spawners I need? (Of course I could add the spawners myself to lots, but it feels like cheating XD also with the particular challenge, it literally kind of is? And the lake won't let me put a lot on it to add any spawners anyway.)

Hi there, and thanks so much for playing my little island. I don't think I used all the spawners since it was such a small island. I suggest you use the cheat debug and place fish and seed spawners on the lots. I might just have to post the save file of the island when I get the time for those who want to do their own thing. This was my first world and more of an experiment, so I did not add everything. Maybe, one day, I will redo it. :D
