EA Remodel of Aero Dynamo





As we all know EA has proven not to be the best builder for The Sims. One of the houses that could use a bit of remodeling is the Aero Dynamo. This is a lot that came with the base game and is in the empty house bin. It might be hard to find if you have numerous houses stored in there, so grab the scroll bar and wiz it all the way to the right. You will find that the Aero Dynamo situated with the lots that have no icon on them.

The house sits (must be placed on) a 30x20 lot and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Priced at $46,715 furnished and $40643 unfurnished. Although the house has a modern feel to it, it is obvious that it was built in the mid 20th century. Your job: REMODEL it.

I love this house, but it was somewhat poorly executed on EA's part. I've made it over before but the roof annoyed me so I don't often change its floorplan too much. I think I'll give it another go !

It's coming it's coming! LOL I've been working on several projects at once, but it's in progress. :) I will, however, be gone for the weekend, so probably not until the middle or end of next week.
