Kano was sort of "adopted" by Mayor Thomas as a young child. The mystery as to the whereabouts of his real parents has never been divulged by Kano. He's appreciative of all Mayor Thomas has done for him, so his dream, now that he's become a famous photographer, is to photograph the animals and villagers of Mineral Town to show how animals and people can live together harmoniously. He does have one flaw and tends to look down his nose at some of the other villagers, especially the farmers, who's hard work seems to go unnoticed by him. Perhaps if he took the camera from in front of his face long enough to get to know his neighbors, he'd realize that he wouldn't have anything to eat without many of them.

He is in a "sim" file with easy instructions included in the Zip file on how to install. The sim will show up in "Young Adults" in your Create-a-Sim bin.
