After his granddad's death, Jacob got a call from Mayor Thomas, telling him that his granddad had left his farm to him in his will. This surprised him! He always had fond memories of Granddad's farm from summer visits and remembers befriending one of the children in Mineral Town; if only he could remember her name. He decided to move to Mineral Town and see if he could get Granddad's place back in order. Mayor Thomas met him there, and showed him around the farm and explained that he needed to get it up to par or he wouldn't be allowed to stay. Since Jacob loves a challenge, he decided to take it on. That's where he met Nanno, the last pup left from Granddad's dogs.

He is in a "sim" file with easy instructions included in the Zip file on how to install. The sim will show up in "Young Adults" in your Create-a-Sim bin.
