Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

I've made my first post ( $30k section ) and have ton of more lots to go - may take me a while because I have to resize screen shots but that's ok ;)

I do have a couple residential lots that maybe great for Pets as they are LARGE Residential Lots - couple are $100k+ and have quite a bit to them. I did make 2 or 3 for Pets specifically as they have Horse Training areas and /or Coral's.

I also have several Victorian Type Houses - at least 1 is also Vampire Specific ... um.. well, it wouldn't be called Vampire Estates if it wasn't would it? Roflol

And if any of you are into strange.. weird.. er.. um.. Psychotic?? Doctors, you'll love Old Doc Holliday's House...

Did I forget to mention that I have at least 2 Community Lots that are Vampire types also? They're combo lots with Gym's also.. :D

Ok let me make a change to my last post.......

The total now stands at 4 lots ( as of today ) that I have uploaded and one of them IS Vampire Estates - it's in the over $100k section (actually it's about $224K something... )

Grandma's Cottage and Summer Cottage are the very first 2 houses I've ever posted anywhere and it seems like ages ago that I made them now LOL

Just hope some of you may like them as well as others have ;)

I am sorry I could not get this up as I had planed but after getting all the meshing, and drawings ready I suddenly got busy and have not had time to do it, I will get it up but it may be Sept or Oct before I can finish it;). Sorry O-Decaff

I think the more quality work from this forum here is seen on sites like http://mysims3blog.blogspot.de - the more people will get to know that this place exists.

I am happy to download, test and review neighborhoods! I have all the EPs installed so I can test hoods that use content from all of them. I love making new neighborhoods, moving in my regulars, and seeing what happens. :)

So how can I help? Try out neighborhoods with no comments?
