Right. Well, I don't actually have LN installed, and I was wondering if I should post it as it is and let people choose what they want it to be? That way it can be a base camp or an apartment lot.

That would work Lee. That would make the lot usable by the most people.
After reading through that tutorial, I now know why there are so few apartments available for download. |

That is a great idea Leefish. It makes it usable for a variety of things. It's such a nice lot.
