Morphed Feet on Downloaded Sims
Okay, this seems like a glitch to me and I don't remember seeing it in quite a while. I downloaded some sims. Some of them looked perfectly fine in game, however, some of them have a morphed left foot:
Both of the feet do not look completely right, but the left foot is worse on a couple of the sims I downloaded and installed. If you look closely, you can see the the toes are curled and the shoe itself is mashed into the leg and foot. It looks like this in CAS and in game where I took the picture. I am wondering if anyone else has had trouble with this. Last night when I noticed it I was too tired and thought it was something wrong with my computer, but today after having a night's sleep, I remember seeing this before. And it's only on a couple of sims. Does anyone know of a solution to the problem or, perhaps, a cause? I'm just wondering. It seems a shame to have some of these wonderfully created sims broken. They were in "sim" file format that you just drag and drop into your "SavedSims" folder. I have one sim at Simlogical.com. You will find the rest of my creations here at CS3. Happy Simming!

RE: Morphed Feet on Downloaded Sims
If it's only a couple of sims, does changing their shoes help?

RE: Morphed Feet on Downloaded Sims
Could it be that they had CC shoes? Sorry that is only a guess, but maybe the uploader forgot the shoes the sims was wearing when (s)he snagged the sims file were CC.

RE: Morphed Feet on Downloaded Sims
The weird thing is it doesn't get better when changing the shoes. I know one of the sims had no custom content for sure and am pretty sure the other one did not. The shoes on the sim in the picture were ones I put on after loading the sim and she had on a recolor of in game ones before that, so I'm pretty sure she was uploaded with those recolored in game ones.

RE: Morphed Feet on Downloaded Sims
Could the original sim have some from a game where they used "Fancy Feet" It is a mod that makes the sims feet look prettier or something like that. It modifies the foot mesh in some way I think or adds to it in some way. When I was looking for my default skin replacements I looked at several that said they were compatible with Fancy Feet.

Hm, I do remember seeing that mod; maybe that's the case. It might affect them even if they were uploaded without custom content. I really don't know.
