 Peasant Dwelling VII
Here is another of my residential homes from my world, Dracul Isle. This is an EA remodel. It is two story with a living room, kitchen, dining, master bedroom and bath on the first floor. The second floor has a nursery and an art/music room. The grounds has a stocked pond on it. Lot Information: EA remodel 30x20 lot size Furnished: $68,222 Unfurnished: $57,442 Requirements: all EP's are required including Showtime. Thanks, Sookie. I didn't really like this EA lot, but was completely burned out with building by that time.
 The farms will be coming up next if I can get the presentations done. That part I really hate.
