Unroutable terrain, streetlamps etc
I have a thread at http://www.den.simlogical.com/denforum/i...pic=1207.0 which has an idea how to turn off unroutable terrain per world permanently or temporarily, and stop streetlights getting in the way of placing new lots. Would appreciate testers and feedback :)
