Hi everyone, here is another residential lot from my island world, Pandora. These homes were designed to catch the ocean breeze and enjoy the views. They look good on a beach, but can be placed anywhere.

3 story full decorated and furnished
1 bedroom/21/2 bath
Unfurnished: $83, 374
Furnished: $109, 941
Garden, Pool, craft room, large eat-in kitchen, living/office room, art nook and master bedroom with private bath.

Pictures will show CC, but all CC has been removed. Some EA free CC included.

Oh my goodness, I love that! Did you use much in the line of LN items in it? I tried to figure out from looking at the screenshots but it looks like mainly WA objects. I could definitely use this in one of my towns. :)

Thanks so much. Are you into fantasy??? I think I used the new LN toilet tissue holder, but I am not really sure as to any others. Any LN objects will just not be on the lot if you don't have LN. I see by the pics that I might have missed one CC column. It will revert back to the EA one with graphics if one does not have that. I have two other lots swiped of CC to submit of the same architectural style. Might do that today. :bounce:

I've downloaded and will TRY to remember to install it into my game before I start it next time.
