Here is the last shire that was created for Dracul Isle. This local shire serves the peasant village well with its huge library and many shoppes. Venues available: Theater, pub, police station, book store, game corner, grocery store, sculptor's studio, spa, library/wedding chapel as well as public stables.

Lot Requirements:
All EPs up to and including Showtime. The SP Outdoor Living for the outside lighting and some decor. The Jinx rabbithole rugs will be required for the police station, book store, grocery store and spa.
