It takes like close to 3 days to become a Vampire the normal way, well here you go, become a vampire real fast, no more waiting.

I put the file in my mods folder. How does it work? Do you get a cue to "make vampire" or something?

I'm going to venture out on a limb here and say that you get your Sim bit by a vampire, then instead of it taking three days for the Sim to turn it happens almost immediately.
