Yume Fire Station! I made this for my world, but thought maybe someone else would like a big pretty fire station.

40x40 lot size
small kitchen for snacks
washer and dryer
2 beds for the napping after putting out a fire
bathroom with toilets and showers
pool, hot tub, fitness equip., bbq outside in a park like setting

CC used - Dr Pepper big screen

I used the mini fridge from outdoor life in the kitchen, but can easily be replaced by a regular fridge.

Glad you like it Regina :) Whew I think I am never going to get all of these lots finished, and I want to play this world really bad lol. Everything is over the top lushness.

I know that feeling! Even with player-created worlds I end up putting hours into tweaks.

Oh, and I forgot to answer your question earlier! No, I don't have LN, not even sure if I really want to get it, but this will install okay without it.
