I have made varieties of Start Out Cash, have you ever wanted to put in a family in a nice home but just couldn't afford it from the start, well now you can, I put them in one zip file, just unzip the proper package into your mod folder, the varieties are.

50,000- Start Up Cash
75,000- Start Up Cash
100,000- Start Up Cash
125,000- Start Up Cash
150,000- Start Up Cash
250,000- Start Up Cash
500,000- Start Up Cash

You will get a bit more by making more sims within the family, the original single Start Up Cash is 16,500 for a single sim you make.

You may be able to change the amount yourself if you open the file in notepad and alter the 500000 amount to something different.

Ok sorry for a bit, I was going to reput the other start out cash back and forgot, will get to it real soon yes i know its late but will get to it. This will work with any expansion or stuff pack, as it don't change the coding that much.

I am going to assume that it works on a mac as well on a pc the same, you can try my installer which is over Here see if this will work on a mac, it will auto put the folders and files in your documents where the sims 3 is install when you play your game, not your program folder or just follow the url on top,

Great mod but if you don't mind using cheats, you can use freerealestate so that every house and lot is free! just click on the lot and select buy

Yes I knew about this along time ago, but this mod I done is suppose to give you a chance to decide on what house you want from beginning, if you have a big family it don't give you enough starting cash to buy the house they can fit in, this mod gives it, and it still don't give you enough to live your whole sims life there since you need to buy cars, furnitures and pay bills you still need a job, this is what is good about this mod, it gives you choices, thanks for that info for all to see and happy gaming.:cloud9:

That is the beauty of this mod; there are several amounts, so you don't have to be too cheaty. Just move your family into the home you wish and still have the challenges of taking care of them when you play. I actually have a town I've been playing that someone made the houses too cheap in and it just felt too cheaty to me. It's not much fun for me to play without challenge in the game. :D At least in that town I don't play all the sims, so it doesn't matter as much.
