Lake Barrett is perfect for that quiet, relaxing afternoon out with friends or family. Have a coffee or cocktail at the Lake House Recreational Lounge where you and the kids can play games as well. Get outdoors and cast your fishing line into the small but well stocked Lake Barrett. Enjoy the view as you dine outside on the second floor patio or just sit and watch the sun set. Enjoy a gourmet coffee in the quaint Cafe. You’ll leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Being the Tenth Anniversary of The Sims, Charming Firewaller and I (suzetter) began creating TS1 Lots for TS3. Together we created a series of TS3 Community lots inspired by and reminiscent of the TS1 lots in homage to the original The Sims (which we both enjoyed very much). There are base game and EP versions of some of the lots. This is the base game version of Lake Barrett.

A very pretty place. It looks like it's the perfect getaway spot . That balcony overlooking the lake is ideal for a pleasant, outdoor lunch, a game of chess, or curling up with a good, mystery novel! Thanks so much for ssharing this!

This is a neat lot; I finally got it placed in a world to try, and what made it so nice is it's quite versatile. I was able to add a Late Night bar as well as more tables and chairs. There's plenty of room to add from newer EPs. I sat it on a larger lot in the town and was able to make the lake even bigger. It's a very nicely done lot that you can expand upon and make fit into what you'd like.
