This Can be use for the following Updates:

Ok I been working at this for an hour, the file is a rar file, there is an exe file inside, I have scanned it and no virus is detected, This frame work will install your Mod Folder into your Document folder, it will make a new Folder called The Sims 3 if not one there, here is some screenshots of coursed edited out my name,
I also had to put a Pic in each sub folder, its a pic of Ambition, you can delete that, had to put it in so it can create the subfolders for ya.

I had updated as per suggestion to make it easier and not to confusion of having two Mods Folder, So I had redone it and changed the Resource.cfg file so it only installs the proper folders.

I figure I make this so it be easy on new people to get the mod installed, This does work in my game and all my cc's does show up. This does not install any .dll onto any sims folder.

This frame work does have the Awesome setup in the resource and the file folder that came in his framework, so thanks goes to awesome framework and all others that put the framework together.

This does not have an uninstaller, just delete the folder.

Ok I can confirm that it will install on windows 7 and vista and into the proper location, I had used my nephew's machine to test it.

Ok Here is the file, I had to redo it, it does have one package in each folder, you can keep it or just delete it.
This file is called Sims3FrameWork2.0
