I haven't felt much like building for quite a while. I went looking for some of my older lots the other day, and did find them but they need a bit of fixing before uploading. These two were built / updated with latest patch and all EP's.
They have been checked in custard, there is no third party CC but a door from the store in the white one. It's also pictured with a custom roof but has been packaged with EA's default grey roof.
I've attached both .package and sims 3 pack to the post so you can take your pick on what format you download.

Pearl Place is one that I felt was finished enough to share, apart from being unfurnished. It's sat on my HD in one of my build town saves for over 12 months. It isn't anything special but its cute, and may be of use to someone.
It's on a 20 x 20 lot, so small enough to fit into a tiny world, or able to be plopped on a larger lot for more backyard, as it pretty much has none.
It has a large eat in kitchen downstairs, with huge living space, bathroom & laundry room. Upstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is accessible attic space that can be improved upon.

Could Be a Trailer was simply something I put together after playing Sims 2 and living next door to the Broke's. I just wanted something easy, cheap ( kind of ) and livable, that looked like it could be placed anywhere, such as the Broke house in S2. It's on a 30x20 lot, and priced at 16k unfurnished, because I used some expensive doors and tiles.
It isn't furnished, I really didn't feel I had the patience to sit and colour co-ordinate and so forth, so go mad, and furnish it however you like in your own games if you choose to download. It has three bedrooms, separate dining and one bathroom. Delete some of the plants and replace the expensive doors etc with some cheap stuff if you'd like to reduce the price. I thought I would include it as someone might like it.
