Bounty Park Community Garden.

I was inspired by Spacerox's little community lots to build one of my own. It's not tiny, being on a 30x20 lot, but its my first community lot. Usually I stick to residentials. It's not brilliant, but its kind of homey.

I've had it in Cascade Shores for 4 sim weeks, testing it, and it works fine in my game. Sims will go there, and play chess, fish and garden.
Also, it was host to the 'hood Grill-a-thon, and after many failed tries in official towns with the * you left the lot before the event was over * bug I often get with chess tourneys and grillys, my sim was actually able to complete the challenge this time, on this lot.
I've used WA content, but no other CC ( if i remember rightly ) , though I don't remember if I used EA siding on the toilet blocks, or PlasticBox's custom siding. I believe it was EA's but please don't quote me.
The vegetable garden contains most kinds of plants, WA and basegame ( except Deathflower )
Sims may get a route fail bubble over their head when trying to dance to music on the stereo. You can move it elsewhere if they complain. I think it's because there is a tree or shrub in their way, though some of them did move to a more open spot in my game. Others did not...
( perhaps they picked up awesome's stupid trait from somewhere )
