Child can use VA Goggles

As You can see by the photo, it makes your sims stretch out, nothing I can do to stop that, the VRGoggles are not meant for a child to use, but I don't know why a child couldn't use them, this won't conflict with anything else unless a mod has the same VRGoggles xml in it, just install it into your mod folder in hack or misc, have fun.

This mod will work with any version of the game, unless they made changes to the file it will work, if they do, i'll update it.
