The Sims 3 Base Faerie Grass
I made a terrain paint that was full of flowers for my faeries. But it needed taming a bit and blending it with ordinary flowers didn't quite work. And Regina wanted one with just the smaller flowers anyway. So I have a set. (And I did succumb to the temptation to add 4-leaf clovers after all. The Faerie Flowers one doesn't have them (nor does it really need them), but the rest do. There are several dozen in each one, so if you feel like clover hunting you shouldn't have too much trouble spotting one. I've pointed to some of them, but there are more that are hidden in the pictures.

I've included the pictures in the folder, which is why it's compressed. The Terran paints are Sims3Packs. This is the dropbox link for them: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2984040/Faerie%2...%20set.rar

Edit: OK, I've redone the folder. (I still don't see why this new decompressing program will read a .rar, but not use it. I'm not going to use .jar or anything like it because I don't know them well enough to inflict them on other people.)

And apparently it's too big to attach. I guess it's good that I didn't put the dds files in the rar after all.

If you want the DDS files, they are at http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2984040/flowered...281%29.rar

Use as you wish, but I would ask that you don't claim my work as your own, and would prefer them to stay free.

OK, I updated the folder... I don't know why this program will read a rar, but not use it, but the only other routine it had that I was familiar with is zip. :(

RE: Faerie Grass
Hi, Ghost! The reason the files are so large is because there are 12 megs worth of bitmaps in the archive with the Sims3Packages. If those were resized and converted to .jpgs they would take up a tiny fraction of that size.

Also, the image limit for attachments is 300 kb per image which is plenty large enough to get a good view without taking a long time to load. If you don't have access to an image editor, give a yell. Dantes found one that is free, works on Windows and Mac, and is writing up a tutorial on editing screenshots with it. :)

RE: Faerie Grass
Ghost when you get the chance could you add these pictures to the site. If you want you can add the DDS zip to the CAW objects section, I bet people would love seeing them there. Thanks Hun
