RE: please i need help??
You shouldn't ever install an expansion with CC in your game. The patch for the EP broke all or a lot of custom .RIG objects and the results have varied widely.
This isn't the first time an EP or EP patch has broken custom content and some of those issues caused whole game saves to be lost, so until CC is confirmed fixed and safe, and all mods have been updated, you need to keep them out of your game or not install the patch/EP. It's a hard choice, I understand this, but we don't ever know how EA may change the coding of the game until AFTER it happens, and for some people the results have been catastrophic fiery balls you can see from space as their game destroys itself. Please, always use caution and wait for a go-ahead on CC before you start reinstalling 3rd party in your new game. :redflower: "He is happiest, be he king or peasant, who finds peace in his home."

RE: please i need help??
You'll have to wait for either a tool to fix the broken CC (I hear at least one is in the works) or wait until the creators have a chance to update their content. In the case where the .packages are merged you may have to totally recreate the merged files with the updated files.
BogSims Institute, where you won't find much, but what you do find may be useful. |

RE: please i need help??
It might also be helpful for you to know that I've had some trouble with merging files in my own game. After merging some of them, my game would not load at all, and that was without pets, so sometimes, problems can occur with merging them.
Like the others have said, you'll probably have to get updated custom content once it's ready from the creators, or try one of the new tools for fixing it for Pets, then, just a suggestion, try merging some of it, a little at a time and re-installing it back into your game and run a test play in a new save file of an in game town, one that doesn't already contain custom content and make sure that it's working before adding more. That way, if something doesn't work, you'll know it's something you just tested, instead of testing everything at once and having to hunt it down out of a ton of stuff. It takes more time to test play to make sure things work, but it can still be fun; you can try out the new town with the new expansion pack and the fun goodies that come with it. And, in the long run, your game will work better that way.
I have one sim at Simlogical.com. You will find the rest of my creations here at CS3. Happy Simming!
