Hello again. Making a third post and a third thanks. I was actually born in Belfast, so to see my home town mentioned here with "Belfast Shire" tickled me. Nice one, Judy. What made you do that?

I wanted to name all my shires, roads and castles with English names that most people are familiar with, so I researched. :D The world is actually prettier when you get in it. The animals look so natural there. So far, they won't enter a shire. It seems they don't like going through an arch for some reason or mine have not so far. The hood is just my vision of what medieval would have looked like in those days with limited material and drab practical colors. The homes are set up in social classes. Poor, middle class and rich.:bounce: Of course, I don't think they had middle class then. Anyway, if you download it, download as is and you should not have a problem. PM me if you do. Hugs, JudySunshine

I'm still playng Pandora as a Medieval town...but I have some issues there...freezing problems..I'm not sure why.
I get a lot of stuck sims there....but it's so beautiful...
I'm excited to see this new world...no cars, right? No population? I like everything fresh and blank....your lots look great though....I would definitely use them but would also like to keep the ones I've built already as well....

I'm thrilled you like Pandora so well. Routing problems are usually the problem with freezing and it is usually a stuck sim somewhere. They can get themselves in a fix sometimes.Laughtingoutloud_32x32

Hope you like Dracul Isle. I purposely made repeat lots, so there would be room for your own builds if needed. It has enough lots to make the world your own. Have fun and thanks for the nice comments.Sunshine

RE: Presenting Dracul Isle
Honey, if it's half as beautiful as Pandora, I'll never play in any worlds but yours.
Pandora is sensational. Even with the routing problems it has...and it does have some...it is a spectacular effort, and the most beautiful sim world I've ever seen.

Repeat lots are fine...but is the world populated and will there be cars? I prefer no people/no cars because I like to do it all myself (and cars don't really belong in a medieval setting...be hard to justify that. lmao

I'm downloading Dracul Isle now...I've got a business meeting before I'll get a chance to have a look at it....but I'm giddy with anticipation! lol

No, Dracul Isle is not populated, but it does not take long to do so. You probably have your own sims to put in it. It mainly generates the sims for the rabbitholes that are needed. That is the reason I furnished every house is so the help would have plenty of places to move into. As for cars, I have found no way to stop that or the school bus. If you have roads, then you will have vehicles. None of the homes have cars, but you will need something for your Sims to get about the island unless everyone is going to ride horses. :bounce:

One of these days, I will have to take a look at Pandora again and maybe build some roads if possible. It was my first effort, so I can do better now.

Have fun. Hugs, JudySunshine

RE: Presenting Dracul Isle
If you're going to work on Pandora...it needs fish in the waters and some routing work, but really, nothing else.
It is perfect like it is in every way but for those things (I might have made it a hair bigger too for the horses sakes but I can live with the size lots it has, you just have to be creative).
The fact that Pandora has no roads is a wonderful plus which I love!!!
My sims do ride horses (you give everyone the equestrian trait) and otherwise they walk as peasants would have done back in those days.
It's a small place, so it's not a problem at all.
The routing could be fixed, and then it would be perfection. I don't think it would stutter anymore if that were done....as it is, animals and sims both get stuck due to routing issues.... Overwatch and Master Controller help clean it up, but can't prevent that.
If you release a roadless version of Dracul, please post it and ping me, I'll want it. It sounds wonderful (love that it's unpopulated!) but for the cars issue. I went ahead and downloaded it, but will mostly stick to the Medieval world I spent months building on Pandora for now, I think, even with all the stuttering...it's just so beautiful....

I will be checking out Dracul as it is anyway, just to see what it's like.
I love the look of it!
If I knew how to keep cars from appearing in it, I'd be playing it! : )

You do great work...keep it up!!!!

Thanks, I am struggling with a Victorian world right now. My CAW is not cooperating and I might end up losing it. Again, thanks for all the feedback. Your comments is what makes it all worthwhile.Sunshine

RE: Presenting Dracul Isle
Twallan does have that one mod that finds routing issues. That would be very useful in finding out where a Sim is getting stuck.

BogSims Institute, where you won't find much, but what you do find may be useful.

Thanks so much for your nice comment. Sunshine I must say I was pretty burned out on building after I finally finished. It was a challenge with no CC to use to say the least. People like empty worlds also. Just set the lots and submit.

RE: Presenting Dracul Isle
This is an amazing world, but the rugs aren't working for me. I downloaded all Jynx's Base and LN files. When I zoom out, if I click randomly on the lot, then options to join careers come up. When I select these options however, nothing happens and the rugs don't appear in game. Is there a fix for this?

Hi there, rexymo. Thanks for playing my world. Did you download Jinx's Pet Fixed Rugs? I am playing the world with Cazarupt's Rabbit hole rugs and they are working fine. They have been fixed for Pets also. Here is the link if you want to try them.

You may find them here.

Hope these work for you. Have a great day.
Hugs, Judy

Come play this beautiful medieval world full of quaint little peasant villages, grand castles and bustling shires of trade. Enjoy the rolling hills and forests, the sandy beaches and the grassy green meadows of Dracul Isle where peasants, nobles and lords share a quiet life in peace. Or do they? It seems these medieval folks have suffered through their own dark ages when certain sinister strangers came to their peaceful little island long ago in the shadowy night. Does one dare go to the far side of the island? Perhaps, only the brave and the curious will venture beyond that old rickety bridge to find out what really lies beyond. Will that be you?

Key areas:
Three Small Peasant Villages- each peasant village has the usual community and residential lots as listed. Base game spawners included.

Peasant lots: 51 lots fully furnished and some empty lots for building.
Peasant Dwelling I-20x30
Peasant Dwelling II-20x30
Peasant Dwelling III-20x30
Peasant Dwelling IV-25x25
Peasant Dwelling V-30x20
Peasant Dwelling VI-20x20
Peasant Dwelling VII-30x20
Peasant Dwelling VIII-20x25
Peasant Farm I-40x30
Peasant Farm II- 40x40

Castles: Four fully furnished castles.
Cornwall Castle- 60x60
Dracul Castle- 60x60
Braxton Castle-60x60
Camelot Castle- 60x60

Shires: There are 3 centralized locales full of community services, job opportunities and entertainment.

Seaport Shire-60x60
Pub, Diner, Real Estate Office (business/journalism), Inventor's Studio, Grocery Store, Game corner, Doctor's Medical Clinic, Art Studio, Spa, Public Restrooms and Stables.
Belfast Shire-60x60
Theater, Pub/Bar, Diner, Police Station, Book Store, Grocery Store, Game Corner, Sculpture Studio, Spa, a Library with a wedding chapel and reception area, Public Restrooms and Stables.
Buckingham Shire-60x60
City Hall, Diner, Bookstore, Grocery Store, Pub, Science Lab, Music Theater, Spa, Art Shoppe, Game Hall, Public Restrooms and Stabes.

Community lots: There are many community lots scattered all over the island that meet the needs of the peasants and nobles. Sims can slum in the beach area or travel to the finer part of the island for trade, business, entertainment or jobs.

Barnsley Antique Shoppe, Bristol Tattoo & Style Shoppe,Brighton Pool,Brita Pond, Cheshire Park, Croydon's Inn, Darby Shipping Yard (junkyard),Debtor's Prison, Dracul Academy of Fine Arts, Dracul Academy Park, Dracul Academy Fishing Hole, Dracul Isle Cemetery, Dracul Country Church, Dracul Isle Fire Brigade, Dracul Fish Hatchery, Dracul Winery, Earl Pond, Eston Fishing Hole, Glen Pond, Leeds Village Wash n' Dry, Little Eden Pond, Norwick Lighthouse (dance club), Peasant Playground I, Peasant Playground II, Peasant Playground III, Peasant Playground IV, Seaport Cemetery, Seaport School, Seaport Village Rest Area,
Sheffield Art Gallery, Sir Lancing Sports Arena, Shakespeare Theatrical Troope, Wheaton Martial Arts Academy, Wigon Pool

Gypsy Camp- 60x60
Located on the far side of the island is a camp of several Gypsy wagons. The colorful wagons form a circle with a small well in the center of the camp. There is a fenced-in stable for the stock and a small pond for fishing. The camp is surrounded by a gated fence for privacy. And unbeknownst to any curious travelers who might venture into the camp, this area is taboo to just any peasant or lord. Take heed! There could be some strange goings-on just beneath their weary feet. Beware!

Requirements: Base game, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Outdoor Living Stuff Pack (Highly recommended for the lighting), Fast Lane Stuff Pack (just some clutter, not required), and Riverview Free World.

You will need the Jinx door for the movie lot to work and the Jinx rugs for the rabbitholes. You may find them here,

Note: this hood was built without the Pet's update patch or Pets EP. No patches were added after Generations. You do need the EP's and Stuff Packs listed above. Update: the hood plays fine with Pets.

World Preview Pictures: Here are a few highlights of the world.

Thanks, everyone.Sunshine I hope you will have an interest in my beautiful new world. Hugs, Judy

Your world looks great! I would love to try it out, but for some reason it won't install. I have up to the Showtime and 1.33 Patch.
