Sims 2 Recreation - Natasha Una's House

I packaged up Natasha Una's house yesterday. Its one of the sims 2 recreations that I've been putting off for a long time, and it isn't even furnished. It's another project I've left lying about, ignored for weeks on end, so I'm uploading it as is because I know if I leave it, I will never upload it. At least this way those of you who download it can furnish away to your hearts content the way you want it to be in your own games.

its on a 30 x 20 lot, has 2 bedrooms like the original, and is priced at about 25k. If you want it cheaper delete some plants, because I landscaped the yard and went mad with all the greenery. It is checked in Custard ( though it is better to get into the habit of checking everything yourself, even when creators state cc free ) third party CC free, requires all EP's , uses a couple of items from OLS and I'm patched to 1.26.
Zip contains package and sims 3 pack versions of the lot.

Nice job pary. I do like the house, but I never payed attention to many of the townies in TS2 and rarely even looked at their houses, I might just have to snag this one for TS3.
