Sunset Valley Mirabello Plaza Replacement

This lot was built to replace Mirabello Plaza in Sunset Valley. It has Grocery, Bookstore, Spa, Steakhouse and Business Center. Once placed you can bulldoze, the Spa, the Bistro and Doo Peas. You will need to add a Theater lot to your town though. I love how it looks like just about any small town main street.
